Trinoma -- Again!

We went to Trinoma today. I bought a new swimsuit! I`m a loyal Speedo customer! Yay for Speedo ! But, for some reason, I wasn`t happy with it. Maybe because I saw a better one in Triumph? I really wish I didn`t buy the Speedo one . Oh well.

And yeah, I saw Shaun yesterday in Gerry`s Grill. I was surprised to see him there. He even waved at me ! I didn`t see that coming. He doesn`t wave to me at school, but he did last night! Weird. It`s good though, that he still remembers me .

When we got home, I called Kristine. We gossiped. I know. Bad, bad. But I can`t help it !

Scrabble

I present to you -- THE SCRABBLE QUEEN! Hail me ! For the first time, I won a game of Scrabble against my father! A whooping 257 points againt 147! I got lots of same letters in my rack, but I still won! Most of my points were two-digit-ed!

I watched Narnia with Cheero yesterday. I didn`t have to wait until today! Yay! Turns out, she was free. I love it! The shooting scenes were so pretty! I wonder where they shot that movie? It made me see how great God is.

Mama is just so paranoid!!! Ugh. I bought siomai from a shop in Walter Mart. The meat was kind of reddish, and my mom said, "Don`t eat that! That might be double dead meat!" Instead of being angry at her because of her paranoia, I just laughed. Imagine, double dead ?! She is going way too far.

I want to watch Journey to the Center of the Earth! The trailer is so cool! Can`t wait!

Something really bad happened last night . Not going to tell. I don`t want to keep bad memories. Sorry.

And did I mention school was moved to June 17? I`m not at all thrilled. I was looking forward to see my friends again! I miss them so much.

We had a movie marathon again yesterday. Minus Kyle. It was just me & Lyn this time. We watched 21! It was amazing how they played. Super geniuses! It was like, woah! They`re totally my role-models. Except the gambling part .

Is it just me, or is my mom going bonkers?! Gawd. I mean, gawd! See, my mom is jealous....of a C-A-T. Yes, cat. You read right. Don`t worry, you`re not going cross-eyed or anything. Laugh all you want. I can`t blame you. Gosh . According to her, my dad pays 'lots of attention' to the cat and little to her. But not to me, no. Mama is sometimes so illusional. She thinks what she sees. That makes no sense, does it? Oh well.

Note to self: Ace`s birthday on June 9. Don`t forget to greet her! Rei online mostly during Thursday & Friday at 3 p.m., Saturday & Sunday.

I hear it`s good! Can`t wait to watch it. We can`t watch on Sunday, because Cheero`s not available. She has something to do, so...Monday it is!

Gosh! Hot hot hot! I`m sweating lots! Whew! Man, how I wish that snow would fall here. But that would be like wishing Max & the flock were real !

Ahhh, don`t mind me, I`m just being my old crazy self .

Ron & I watched Avatar: The Last Airbender yesterday. We stopped half-way through chapter 15...was that Boiling Rock Part 2? Yes, yes. My dad so fetched me at the wrong time . I wish I could finish it here, but yeah, we`re on prepaid. I would go bonkers just waiting for it to load.

Movie Marathon!

Yay for movie marathon-ness ! We (Kyle, Lyn, me) watched The Fast and the Furious. And Step Up 2, though we didn`t finish it. I needed to buy food. I was h-u-n-g-r-y!

Ugh. I really should stop hoping that things between Kyle & me would get back to normal. I can see it, he doesn`t need me. I`m starting to wonder, if he really treated me as a real friend, or just a bridge to get info from his crush or something. Now that he`s got his girl, he doesn`t even give me a second thought. Am I that kinda person who could easily be replaced? It`s what he lets me see with his actions. And I gotta admit, I`m hurt .

Kyle: "Lynn! Don`t you dare enter my room! No one is allowed to go to my room except me! And (name of his so-called "gf"), of course!"

It just hurts me how different it is now. In the past, I have the number 1 access to his room anytime . It was where we discuss private things, play truth or dare...I miss those times...

Ha! I just set a new record for myself! Starbucks three days straight! Woo!

Yesterday, we went to Manila to fetch Cheero and her mom. We went shopping in Trinoma. We bought things for Cheero`s new home, a.k.a. the Ateneo dorm . Their comfort room is really creepy. *shivers* Me no likey! I feel like someone committed suicide there or something. Ah, my imagination... Bad me!

Today, we went to Trinoma again. I`m tired of going there every week...like, isn`t there any other mall in the Philippines? Bought more things for Cheero. Oh, and her course is MNF. Stands for 'Math & Finance'. See? Told ya, it IS something to do with math !

When my mom & I got home, as usual, Mama beeped the car`s horn. Our neighbor opened their gate. LOL. I just stared at her, saying nothing. Naughty me, right? Oh well. Finally, our neighbor realized their mistake. I laughed & laughed `til I couldn`t breathe. It was just so funny. You should have seen their faces!

Swimming

Just got home from the Ace Water Spa. My aunt gave us gift certificates. Today was the expiration date, but they didn`t have time to go, so viola! It`s all mine! Wee! I went with my mom. I spent most of my time in the lap pool, practicing my swimming .

My mom doesn`t know how to swim, so I taught her. At least, I tried. Of course, you need your head fully submerged so you could do the bubble process properly. My mom won`t comply! She`s afraid of drowning. Ugh. The swimming pool isn`t that even deep; she could reach it just fine. Paranoid much ?! LOL.

Anyway, after that, we went to Starbucks! I bought a grande chocolate cream chip. Mmmm! Delish ! I even saw Emgee there!

Cheero`s flight is tomorrow! She`s going to college here in Manila, in Ateneo. Course? She mentioned it once, but I forgot . All I remember is that it has something to do with math. LOL.

Argh! I`m so bored. There`s nothing to do but to sit in front of the computer and surf the net. And blog.

Precisely. Thing is, I like my best friend. I know lots about him, including who his crush is. Yes, you may have already guessed, it`s not me . Still, I want to tell him what I truly feel. But at the same time, I don`t . If I tell him, things might go awkward. On the other hand, I want to be totally honest with him. I want there to be no walls between us.

A Rebel

Yes, I AM a rebel . I don`t want to be one, but I can`t help it. My parents are so over-protective. I`m an only child. I`m always lonely. I seldom get invited to go out with my friends, and most of the time, my mom doesn`t allow me to go. I mean, don`t they trust me? I choose my friends wisely, and I don`t get easily influenced by them. I know better than to drink, smoke, or anything of the sort .

Sometimes, I feel like I`m not a human being anymore. Sometimes, I just feel like a...robot, you know ? Heck, my mom even gets to pick what I wear. Gosh! I`m already 14, for Pete`s sake ! Can`t they just lay off a little? Even just a little, as little as a dot, I don`t care, as long as they do. A tiny bit of a progress, that`s all I`m looking for.

A bit of freedom won`t hurt, right? Let`s face it: Parents are the REAL reason why kids nowadays rebel. I mean, I understand why our parents are like that. They care. I 100% get it. But please, not to the point that they let us feel like we`re their personal robots. No one wants to be treated that way, right? You & me. We don`t want to be treated that way. NO ONE WANTS TO BE TREATED THAT WAY. If you`re a parent, and you`re reading this, I`m sorry. I`m just expressing my thoughts & feelings.

And you know, I finally figured out how to open .lit documents! Yay ! Turns out, you don`t even need to activate it. Activating is for what, then? Well, I don`t know! Ask them. *points* LOL. Who cares? As long as I can open the files, I`m good.

Yesterday, I went to the salon with Lyn. No, I didn`t get my haircut, I just accompanied her. Just sat there, reading a magazine.

Achi Tin`s Birthday!

Today is Achi Tin`s birthday! She is my cousin, father-side. I wonder how she`ll celebrate her special day? Will she just stay at home and chill? Or go out with her friends? Either way, I hope she`ll have lots & lots of fun!

I finally have The Sweet Far Thing e-book . I requested on a forum, and someone gave me a link as to where to download it! Cool.

I have a problem with .lit documents. I can`t open them . I already downloaded the software, Microsoft Reader, but it says I need to activate it first. And to activate it, I need Internet Explorer. Ugh. Guess what, I`m using Mozilla. So, yeah. Big bummer. Ugh.

And has anyone heard of Wicked Lovely by Melissa Marr? I`m already half-way through, and it`s good! If you have already read it and is currently looking for a discussion partner, feel free to comment here !

Mr. Canlas`s Birthday!

Mr. Canlas, my awesome English teacher, is celebrating his birthday today. Have lots of fun on your special day! May God always bless you and your family.

I can`t wait for school to start. I miss my friends terribly. I`ve been waiting for June 12 to come since forever, but it`s still ages away. And whatever I do, I can`t kill the boredom monsters that always haunt me, 24/7. Why me? Why can`t they just look for another person for once?! Why can`t they just LEAVE me ALONE ?!

Sorry, kind of lost myself there!

And good news, Kyle and I are already okay. But not totally okay. What I mean is, it`s still different than before. In the past, we were at ease with each other. But now, there`s tension in the air. Both of us don`t know what to say. He missed a lot; I did too. At least I already got through the first step, right? Take things slowly. Breathe in, breathe out.

Note to self: Don`t rush.
